A beautifully crafted 8-sun (approx. 23 cm) round plate by the lacquerware workshop Kishikkou Tokeshi. Modeled after the organic elegance of a leaf, its smooth contours are finished in a deep, classic "Black." This versatile size is perfect for individual main courses, pasta dishes, or serving smaller shared appetizers. Its serene, dark finish brings a calm, sophisticated, and artistic atmosphere to your daily dining experience.

Important Note on Fuki-Urushi Lacquerware

This product is finished using the fuki-urushi technique, a process where layers of translucent black lacquer are repeatedly applied and wiped away to accentuate the natural beauty of the wood grain beneath. Because of this natural process, the grain pattern, color depth, and texture of each piece will vary from the photos shown. Please embrace these natural variations as a hallmark of authentic, handmade woodenware.
