釉薬 ＆ 色
白土の上に貫入の入る白化粧を施し、土灰釉を掛けて焼成したものです。ヒビのような模様は貫入といい、器自体が割れているものではありません。貫入の入り方はそれぞれで自然に出来上がった姿をお楽しみください。

Glaze & Color
This piece is crafted by applying a kohiki (white slip) coating over a white clay base, which is then finished with a wood ash glaze and fired in the kiln. The beautiful crackle patterns on the surface are known as kannyu. Please rest assured that these are a natural characteristic of the glaze and do not affect the structural integrity of the dish itself. Each plate develops its own unique crackle pattern—we hope you will enjoy these naturally formed variations.
